I didn't actually discover this why until I found my niche in photography. At first, as most photographers do, I shot everything and anything. Eventually I found what I truly love. Maternity. A mom being a mom, it's so powerful.
My favourite thing to here at a gallery reveal is "I feel so beautiful", "I look like a goddess". YES, YES YOU DO, BECAUSE YOU ARE. Pregnancy has got to be one of the most downplayed miracles on this earth. You are creating life, you are building life, pardon my language but you ARE a FRICKEN QUEEN and I will work SO hard to make every mama believe this...because I have been in your shoes. What pregnancy did to my body knocked me down hard. I didn't even get photos because I disliked myself so much, oh boy do I regret that. I look back at myself and see myself in a different light. I want you to skip over that disliking yourself phase and let me show you how much of an absolute goddess you are.

What should I wear for my Ottawa maternity photography session?
A: Absolutely! We encourage partners and siblings to be a part of the session, as it adds a beautiful dimension to the storytelling of your pregnancy journey.
A: We recommend flowy dresses, form-fitting outfits that highlight your belly, or any attire that makes you feel comfortable and confident. We can discuss specific wardrobe options during the pre-session consultation. We also offer a selection of beautifully curated dresses hand selected and designed right here in Canada.
Are there specific locations you recommend, or can we choose our own?
We have a list of stunning outdoor locations, but we're also open to capturing your maternity session in a location that holds personal significance to you. Let's discuss the options during the planning stage.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the session?
In case of inclement weather, we can reschedule the session to ensure optimal conditions and a comfortable experience for everyone involved. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
